Integrations

All 10 live integrations are included on every plan, including Free. You connect them from Connectors in your dashboard; the agent then wires the synced content into the right blocks on your page.

YouTube

Pick any of your latest uploads onto your page — titles, thumbnails, and view counts included. No sign-in needed: paste your public channel handle (like @yourchannel). Powers Link blocks and Rich Embed blocks: pick an upload in either and that block stays synced to that video. Synced every 60 minutes, with one-click manual resync.

Shopify

Products from your store on your page. Connects via OAuth against your .myshopify.com store with read-only scopes (read_products, read_inventory); BioFlow never gets write access. Powers Link blocks — pick a product and that block keeps its title, price, and stock in sync, through Shopify webhooks that push changes as they happen — and the Shopify Products block, a grid of up to six products that shows them as they were when you added it. Add the grid again to refresh it.

Instagram

Your recent posts as a live grid that updates itself. Connects via OAuth with Instagram Login. Powers the Instagram Feed block. Synced hourly by default.

TikTok

Your TikTok videos with covers and view counts, without re-posting anything. Connects via OAuth with the TikTok Display API. Powers the TikTok Feed block, a grid of up to nine videos that shows them as they were when you added it — add it again to show newer ones. Your video list itself re-syncs hourly by default.

Calendly

Visitors book you directly from your page. Connects via OAuth; syncs your event types (name, duration, booking URL) and receives booking webhooks. Powers the Booking block.

Cal.com

Open-source scheduling, bookable inline. Connects via an API key created in your Cal.com settings, plus signed webhooks. Powers the Booking block.

Mailchimp

Show the signup form of one of your Mailchimp audiences on your page. Connects via OAuth; syncs your audiences with their subscriber counts and signup form links. Powers the Newsletter block — it shows the audience's own form, so people subscribe on Mailchimp and join that audience directly; those signups do not appear in BioFlow Contacts.

Kit (formerly ConvertKit)

Show one of your Kit forms on your page. Connects via an API key against Kit's v4 API; syncs your forms and per-form subscriber counts. Powers the Newsletter block — it shows the form you pick, so people subscribe on Kit and those signups do not appear in BioFlow Contacts.

RSS

Pick posts or episodes from any blog or podcast feed onto your page. No sign-in — paste any public RSS or Atom feed URL. Podcast feeds are detected and handled as episodes. Powers Link blocks (pick a post and that block stays synced to it) and, for podcasts, Rich Embed blocks (pick an episode for an inline player). Checked hourly by default, about every 30 minutes at the fastest, with one-click manual resync.

Google Calendar

Your upcoming events on your page, read-only and always current. Connects via OAuth with Google using the narrowest scope Google offers for this, calendar.events.readonly — BioFlow can list your events, never create, change or delete them, and never sees your calendar list or calendar settings; syncs each event's title, start and end time, location, and a link to open it in Google Calendar. Powers the Upcoming Events block. Synced every 30 minutes, with one-click manual resync.

Coming soon

Connectors for Spotify, Substack, GitHub, Gumroad, beehiiv, Google Maps, and WhatsApp are on the roadmap — no ship dates are promised. Most of them already work on a page today without a connection: Spotify through the Music Player block, Substack and beehiiv through the Newsletter block, Gumroad through the Gumroad Product block, Google Maps through the Map block, and WhatsApp through Chat Buttons.
