Yes — Free is $0 forever, no credit card. You get a full public page, every basic block, up to 2 premium blocks per page, all 9 integrations, and 25 AI agent messages per 30 days.
Creator and Pro each offer a 15-day free trial. You add a card up front and aren't charged until the trial ends — cancel any time before then and you pay nothing. You can also switch between Creator and Pro during the trial.
Yes. Web subscription charges have a 14-day self-serve refund window — request it from your billing page, no support ticket needed.
No. Every plan includes the agent. Plans differ only in the message allowance: 25 per 30 days on Free, 500 on Creator, unlimited on Pro.
Selling tips and digital products is available on Creator and Pro with direct Stripe payouts. BioFlow's platform fee is 5% on Creator and 2% on Pro, plus standard payment processing.
No. All 9 live integrations — YouTube, Shopify, Instagram, TikTok, Calendly, Cal.com, Mailchimp, Kit, and RSS — are included on every plan, including Free.
