How it stays fresh

Scheduled sync every 60 minutes by default (configurable down to 30), plus manual resync.

Setup

  1. Open Connectors and choose Instagram.
  2. Approve the Instagram Login OAuth prompt.
  3. Add an Instagram Feed block — your recent posts appear and keep refreshing.
