Any blog or podcast with a feed becomes a self-updating section of your bio page.

How it connects

How it stays fresh

Polled every 15-30 minutes (ETag-aware, so unchanged feeds cost nothing), plus manual resync.

Setup

  1. Open Connectors and choose RSS.
  2. Paste your feed URL (blog or podcast).
  3. The agent wires your newest items into Link and Rich Embed blocks.
