What syncs

Link blocks — pick an upload and the block stays synced to that video
Rich Embed blocks — an inline player for the upload you pick, kept in sync with it

No sign-in needed. You paste your public channel handle; BioFlow's own YouTube Data API key does the fetching.

Scheduled sync every 60 minutes, plus manual resync any time from the connectors dashboard.

Open Connectors in your dashboard and choose YouTube.
Paste your channel handle (like @yourchannel) — no OAuth, no password.
BioFlow fetches your latest uploads; pick one in a Link or Rich Embed block and that block stays synced to it.
