Coaching runs on a short path: someone finds you, trusts you enough to hand over an email, and books a call. BioFlow builds that path out of real blocks — a booking embed, an intake form, a downloadable guide that asks for an email first — and the applications, guide downloads, and on-page newsletter signups those blocks collect land in one Contacts list instead of three different inboxes.
Offer a discovery call straight from your Calendly or Cal.com event types — the visitor picks a slot without leaving the page.
An application or intake form with the fields you choose — short answer, email, long answer, or a dropdown — stored in your dashboard.
Offer a workbook or guide as a PDF, and switch on the email gate so every download becomes a new contact.
Keep the people who aren't ready to book yet — signups go to Contacts, or to your Kit form or Mailchimp audience.
Put a client's own words next to the booking button, with their name and role underneath.
Answer the questions that stall a booking — format, length, who it's for — in collapsible entries.
4 of these are basic blocks, unlimited on every plan. The other 2 blocks are premium. Premium blocks are capped per page: 2 on Free, 10 on Creator, unlimited on Pro. See pricing for the full plan matrix.
Connect each of these once and the blocks it feeds stay in sync with the source. For a feed or a channel, you pick the post or video to show, and that block keeps tracking it. Every integration is included on every plan, Free included.
Visitors book you directly from your bio page — your event types stay in sync with Calendly.

What syncs & how to set it up →Nothing here happens behind your back. Whatever the agent changes lands in your draft; nothing goes live until you publish. If you already have a page somewhere else, tell the agent what's on it — your links, in order — and it rebuilds them in BioFlow; see how BioFlow compares to Linktree for the head-to-head.
Prefer to drive it yourself? Any MCP-capable assistant — Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot — can edit the same page on every plan, and your own code can through the public REST API on Creator and Pro. See the MCP server and the developer platform.
Yes. Point a Booking block at the event type you use for discovery calls, and a visitor picks a slot inline without leaving your page. Calendly connects with OAuth and Cal.com with an API key. Booking is a basic block, so even the Free plan puts no cap on it.
Upload the PDF, add it to a File block, and turn on the email gate for that file in Storage. Visitors enter an email to download it, and each address is saved to your Contacts — the same list the Newsletter block's own signups and your Contact Form submissions go to.
Yes, on Creator and Pro. The public REST API lists every contact — on-page newsletter signups, form submissions, and gated downloads — through GET /v1/contacts, and a signed contact.created webhook can post each new lead to your own endpoint the moment it's captured. The API allows 10,000 requests a month on Creator and 100,000 on Pro.
No. Booking, the intake form, the gated download, and the newsletter signup are all basic blocks with no payment setup, and none of them counts against the premium-block allowance.
More general questions — the agent, importing, domains, billing — are on the FAQ. Every claim on this page describes the product as it ships today; block availability is verified against the live block catalog in CI.
Free to start — the booking, form, guide, and newsletter blocks are all on the free plan.
