BioFlow / Use cases / Photographers
Most photography enquiries open with the same question — "what do you charge?" — and most bio links answer it with a link to a site that doesn't say. BioFlow puts the answer on the page: your strongest frames up top, a pricing guide visitors unlock with an email, an inquiry form that asks for the shoot type, and a booking embed for clients who are ready now.
Up to six of your strongest frames, each linking wherever you choose — a full gallery, a client story, a booking page.
Your latest posts as a live grid, so the page shows this week's work without a new upload.
Your pricing guide or wedding brochure as a PDF, with the email gate on so every download is a lead.
An inquiry form with a dropdown for the shoot type and short-answer fields for the date and location.
Mini-sessions and consultations, booked on the page against the event types you keep in Calendly or Cal.com.
4 of these are basic blocks, unlimited on every plan. The other 1 block is premium. Premium blocks are capped per page: 2 on Free, 10 on Creator, unlimited on Pro. See pricing for the full plan matrix.
Connect each of these once and the blocks it feeds stay in sync with the source. For a feed or a channel, you pick the post or video to show, and that block keeps tracking it. Every integration is included on every plan, Free included.
Your recent posts, embedded on your page as a live grid that updates itself.
What syncs & how to set it up →Visitors book you directly from your bio page — your event types stay in sync with Calendly.
What syncs & how to set it up →Open-source scheduling on your bio page — Cal.com event types synced and bookable inline.
What syncs & how to set it up →Nothing here happens behind your back. Whatever the agent changes lands in your draft; nothing goes live until you publish. If you already have a page somewhere else, tell the agent what's on it — your links, in order — and it rebuilds them in BioFlow; see how BioFlow compares to Linktree for the head-to-head.
Prefer to drive it yourself? Any MCP-capable assistant — Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot — can edit the same page on every plan, and your own code can through the public REST API on Creator and Pro. See the MCP server and the developer platform.
Yes. Upload the guide as a PDF, put it in a File block, and switch on its email gate in Storage. A visitor leaves an email to open it, and the address lands in Contacts with a File download source badge, so a pricing lead never gets mixed up with a newsletter signup.
1 GB on Free, 10 GB on Creator, and 50 GB on Pro. Uploads live in your storage library, and the Image, Carousel, and File blocks all draw from it.
Yes. The Carousel block holds up to six frames, and each one links wherever you choose — a full gallery, a client story, your booking page. It's a Pro block; on Free and Creator, an Image block shows one featured frame instead.
Yes. Give the Contact Form a dropdown for the shoot type — wedding, portrait, family — plus short-answer fields for the date and location. Every inquiry is stored in your dashboard, and when the form has an email field, the sender is added to your Contacts too.
More general questions — the agent, importing, domains, billing — are on the FAQ. Every claim on this page describes the product as it ships today; block availability is verified against the live block catalog in CI.
Free to start — booking, inquiries, and the gated guide are all basic blocks.
