BioFlow / Use cases / Fitness trainers
A trainer's bio link gets asked the same three things all week: when's the next class, can I book you, and is there a program I can follow on my own. BioFlow answers all three with live blocks — a timetable that reads from the calendar you already keep, a booking embed, and a link straight to the program you already sell — while your newest clips keep the page from looking stale.
Your class timetable, bound to Google Calendar so a new or moved class appears on its own — or typed by hand, where a class hosted on Luma or Eventbrite takes sign-ups inline.
Let clients book a 1:1 session or an assessment inline, from your Calendly or Cal.com event types.
Send people to the program you already sell — on your own site, a Gumroad page, or a training app — under a title you choose.
A self-updating grid of your latest TikTok videos — form cues and workouts people can try before they book.
Your latest Instagram posts as a grid that refreshes itself, so the page shows this week's training.
One tap into WhatsApp or Telegram; on WhatsApp the first message is pre-written, so enquiries arrive already saying what they want.
5 of these are basic blocks, unlimited on every plan. The other 1 block is premium. Premium blocks are capped per page: 2 on Free, 10 on Creator, unlimited on Pro. See pricing for the full plan matrix.
Connect each of these once and the blocks it feeds stay in sync with the source. For a feed or a channel, you pick the post or video to show, and that block keeps tracking it. Every integration is included on every plan, Free included.
Your upcoming calendar events on your bio page — read-only, and they stay in sync automatically.
What syncs & how to set it up →Visitors book you directly from your bio page — your event types stay in sync with Calendly.
What syncs & how to set it up →Your recent posts, embedded on your page as a live grid that updates itself.
What syncs & how to set it up →Your newest TikTok videos on your bio page, with covers and view counts, without re-posting anything.
What syncs & how to set it up →Nothing here happens behind your back. Whatever the agent changes lands in your draft; nothing goes live until you publish. If you already have a page somewhere else, tell the agent what's on it — your links, in order — and it rebuilds them in BioFlow; see how BioFlow compares to Linktree for the head-to-head.
Prefer to drive it yourself? Any MCP-capable assistant — Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot — can edit the same page on every plan, and your own code can through the public REST API on Creator and Pro. See the MCP server and the developer platform.
Keep the timetable in Google Calendar and point an Upcoming Events block at that calendar. A new or moved class shows up on the next sync — every 30 minutes, or straight away with a manual resync — and past classes drop off on their own. BioFlow's access is read-only, so it can never change your calendar.
Yes. Put it in a Link block — your own site, a Gumroad page, a training app — or give the agent its URL and say "link this as my twelve-week program," and it adds the titled link to your draft. A Link is a basic block, unlimited on every plan.
Yes. Approve each app's own sign-in prompt once, and the Instagram Feed and TikTok Feed blocks refresh from your accounts every 60 minutes by default, or every 30 if you set it faster, with a manual resync for the moment you post. Both are basic blocks.
Yes, when the class runs on Luma or Eventbrite. Type it into an Upcoming Events block with its Luma or Eventbrite link, and visitors register inline instead of being sent to another site. Upcoming Events is a premium block on Creator and up.
More general questions — the agent, importing, domains, billing — are on the FAQ. Every claim on this page describes the product as it ships today; block availability is verified against the live block catalog in CI.
Free to start — booking, both feeds, and chat buttons are all basic blocks.
