BioFlow / Use cases / Small business
For a small business the bio link is the storefront: it has to say where you are, when you're open to book, what you sell, and how to reach a human. BioFlow gives you those as real blocks rather than a list of links — and every block in this starter set is a basic block, so it's unlimited on every plan, Free included.
Embed your Calendly or Cal.com scheduling page inline, so customers book without leaving the page.
A shoppable grid of up to six of your store's products, with image, title, and price — add it again to pick up new products or prices.
Show visitors exactly where you are, with a one-tap Get directions button.
Let customers message you on WhatsApp or Telegram in one tap, with the first message pre-written.
Take enquiries and quote requests; submissions are stored and visible in your dashboard.
Turn a one-time visitor into a mailing-list subscriber, into Contacts or into your existing provider.
Every block in this set is a basic block — unlimited on every plan, Free included. Premium blocks are capped per page: 2 on Free, 10 on Creator, unlimited on Pro. See pricing for the full plan matrix.
Connect each of these once and the blocks it feeds stay in sync with the source. For a feed or a channel, you pick the post or video to show, and that block keeps tracking it. Every integration is included on every plan, Free included.
Products from your store on your bio page — link one and its title, price, and stock stay in sync with Shopify.
What syncs & how to set it up →Visitors book you directly from your bio page — your event types stay in sync with Calendly.
What syncs & how to set it up →Open-source scheduling on your bio page — Cal.com event types synced and bookable inline.
What syncs & how to set it up →Your upcoming calendar events on your bio page — read-only, and they stay in sync automatically.
What syncs & how to set it up →Nothing here happens behind your back. Block changes the agent makes wait in your draft until you publish; a theme or header change applies to your live page without waiting for a publish. If you already have a page somewhere else, tell the agent what's on it — your links, in order — and it rebuilds them in BioFlow; see how BioFlow compares to Linktree for the head-to-head.
Prefer to drive it yourself? Any MCP-capable assistant — Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot — can edit the same page on every plan, and your own code can through the public REST API on Creator and Pro. See the MCP server and the developer platform.
Yes. The Booking block embeds a Calendly or Cal.com scheduling page inline. Connect Calendly with OAuth or Cal.com with an API key, and your event types sync across so the page always offers live availability.
Yes, if you sell on Shopify. BioFlow asks for only two scopes, read_products and read_inventory, so it can read your catalog but never change it. A Shopify Products grid shows your products as they were when you added it, so add it again after you change prices or stock new items.
Yes. Chat Buttons put WhatsApp and Telegram one tap away. Write the opening line once — say, "Hi, I'd like to book an appointment for…" — and every WhatsApp chat starts with it already typed, so the customer only adds the details.
On Creator and Pro you can serve your page from a subdomain you own, like links.yourbrand.com. Bare apex domains aren't supported yet, and your app.getbioflow.com/your-handle URL keeps working either way.
More general questions — the agent, importing, domains, billing — are on the FAQ. Every claim on this page describes the product as it ships today; block availability is verified against the live block catalog in CI.
Free to start — every block in the starter set is on the free plan.
